Extracted Terms for Affiliate Products
This service prohibits the creation of products with links to content that:
(1) Host content that is considered SPAM.
(2) Host content considered as harassing, abusive, defamatory, obscene, bad faith, unethical or illegal content.
(3) Host adult content, illegal content, pay-per-click sites, and other destinations that may affect the user experience and “health” of the domain.
(4) Distribute trojans, viruses, or other malicious software.
(5) Are intending to commit fraud, impersonating other persons, phishing, scams, or related crime.
(6) Distribute intellectual property without ownership or a license to distribute such property.
(7) Breach, in any way, the terms of service, privacy policy, or rules of this website or the recipients.
(8) In accordance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations, your link-level disclosure must be clear and conspicuous. It should be indicated near the affiliate link or product review in a manner that is noticeable to customers, so they do not have to hunt for it. An example of a clear disclosure could be “(paid link)”, “#ad”, or “#CommissionsEarned”.
Example: #CommissionsEarned – As an [affiliate, Amazon Associate, etc.], I earn a commission from qualifying purchases made by Xeire Marketplace visitors through affiliate links I share.
The created affiliate products may be removed without notice and explanation if a product with an inappropriate destination link is created or a product with the link is created that violates the above prohibitions. Xeire Marketplace will not be liable for any loss or damage if the products are removed without notice (Xeire Marketplace will, in most cases, provide the reason for the removal of the products).
Xeire Marketplace reserves the right to terminate your access immediately, with or without notice, and without liability to you, if Xeire Marketplace believes that you have violated any of these terms or interfered with the use of the services by others. No outstanding money will be returned if your account is terminated because of a violation of the terms.
